REVOLT reports that the arraignments will take place in the Manhattan Supreme Court.
Representatives from Epic Records were not available for comment as of press time.
This is the third time this year Bobby Shmurda has been arrested. In June, the artist born Ackquille Pollard was arrested for felony gun possession. He was arrested again in October formarijuana possession.
In November, the “Bobby Bitch” rapper’s debut EP, Shmurda She Wrote debuted at #77 selling 5,000 copies.

UPDATE #2: Bobby Shmurda's bail has been set at $2 million, according to Complex.
The rapper is facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder, assault in the first degree, possession of weapons, intent to sell and possession of narcotics, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree on two counts.
He faces up to 25 years on the conspiracy charges and up to 15 years on each of the weapons charges.
Shmurda's attorney says Epic Records will be paying his bail.
